    We offer free UPS Ground to the continental 48 United States.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship orders via UPS Ground to the continental 48 United States. If you would like to ship out of this area, please contact us at 714-719-2474 to see if it can be arranged.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We have large inventory in stock. 98% of items are available and can be shippd out on the same business day. Occasionally we do require back order, which normally would take an extra 2-3 business days. We'll notify you if we can not ship within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

    Cut off time for same day shipping is 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping transit time for most orders is 3-5 business days.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order with the tracking number on the UPS website.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    International orders cannot be placed on our website. Please contact us to place an international order at 714-719-2474. Not all products are available to ship internationally and not all locations may be available. Buyer is responsibe for all shipping fees, taxes, and duties on international orders.

    We offer a 1 Year Warranty on labor and parts.
  • What is your return policy?
    Singtronic.com offers a 15-day, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy with a full refund of merchandise price. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and for shipping the items back to us.

    Before returning any merchandise, call (714) 719-2474 and request a Return Authorization. Write down the name of the employee that authorized your return merchandise. Returns without Return Authorization will not be accepted.

    *Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.
